My name is Shaiful Fahmi Abu Bakar. Currently I am working at Sime Darby Plantation in Table Estate, Tawau, Sabah. As an assistant manager II in this estate, my job scope is to assist my manager in managing oil palm estate operation.

For the time being, I interest to share my story about my career as a planter. Why we call planters and what planter is all about.
To start of my story, lets me tell you that I'm graduated from Multimedia University in Bachelor (Hons) Multimedia, Media Innovation And Management. Basically this is the management course. We learn all the theory about management as well as multimedia.
Why I'm choosing to choose planter as my career and is this career is related with my degree before.? The answer for the first question is because I'm interest to manage people and I think this is the right job for me. For the second answer, absolutely my degree is not related with what I've done now.
